Meghan first came to yoga in order to help her body heal after recovering from a surgical procedure. She took her first hot yoga class at The Yoga Room in 2009 and never looked back. Meghan quickly developed a dedicated asana practice and discovered that the transformational effects of yoga reached far beyond the physical – both on and off the mat.
In February 2011, Meghan completed a 200-hour level yoga teacher training program through Prana Power Yoga and is thrilled to be pursuing this passion of hers.
Meghan’s vinyasa classes are focused on opening up the body, grounding the mind and connecting with our spirit through a power vinyasa flow. Just show up to your mat, keep breathing, remember to smile, and the rest will take of itself!
