Nicole
Nicole has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from University of California at Santa Cruz. She started Pilates after having abdominal surgery. After seeing the amazing affects Pilates had on regaining
abdominal strength, she fell in with it and decided to become a teacher. She received her mat certification in 2005, and continued her training at the Fitness Guru in Brooklyn. She has been instructing mat, apparatus and private clients in the New York area for the past four years. Nicole is currently working on putting
together Pilates retreats in tropical locales.
